John C. Maxwell is an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, and author who has sold over 16 million books. His organizations have trained more than 2 million leaders worldwide. Dr. Maxwell is the founder of EQUIP and INJOY Stewardship Services. Every year he speaks to Fortune 500 companies, international government leaders, and audiences as diverse as the United States Military Academy at West Point, the National Football League, and ambassadors at the United Nations. A New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Business Week best-selling author, Maxwell was named the World’s Top Leadership Guru by Leadershipgurus.net. He was also one of only 25 authors and artists named to Amazon.com’s 10th Anniversary Hall of Fame. Three of his books, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, Developing the Leader Within You, and The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader have each sold over a million copies.

Jeremie Kubicek

Jeremie Kubicek, President and CEO of GiANT Impact and Co-Founder of GiANT Partners, has been growing and leading companies for the past fifteen years, both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Kubicek has experienced entrepreneurial growth in a number of ventures including:

• Launching Global Options in Moscow, Russia - an outsourced consulting and training firm that served multi-national Fortune 500 firms.
• Creating an Economics school in Moscow, Russia that continues to help Russian students understand global economics with an emphasis on character development.
• Leading all marketing initiatives for a half-Billion dollar merchandising and distribution firm in Los Angeles, California.
• Participating in more than 10 acquisitions over a 3 year period in the general merchandise distribution market.
• Serving many different values-based organizations and starting numerous church plants over the past 10 years.
• Starting two internet firms focused on niche specialties in the education and beauty supply industries, respectively.

Through each endeavor, Kubicek learned key principles: the value of people over tactics, integrity above all else, relationships before opportunity and many others.

All of these experiences, combined with a growing sense of business values, led Kubicek and his founding partner, Matthew Myers, to start GiANT Partners, a growth firm helping companies and leaders think strategically while developing their people to become strong leaders and grow their organizations.

“I have always believed that the most important role of a leader in business is to liberate their employees and those they reach to become the best they can be. This normally happens in the heart, not just the mind,” says Kubicek. “If you connect with people at the heart level great things can happen for everyone.”

In 2007 GiANT Impact was created after the acquisition of John Maxwell’s brands, Maximum Impact and INJOY. Mr. Kubicek became CEO that same month. Today he leads the leadership event and training company to help resource leaders in several markets through the brands Maximum Impact, INJOY and Catalyst.

The Giant companies are built on relationships. It starts with great partnerships with partners and employees. “We cannot give what we don’t first possess,” says Kubicek. “Our mission is to awaken leaders by resourcing them.”

Mr. Kubicek and his wife, Kelly, have three children - Addison, Will and Kate. They live in NE Atlanta and are active in missional community in their church. Mr. Kubicek earned his B.B.A from Oklahoma Baptist University and has studied and taught leadership both abroad and in the US.
